REFURBISHED PHONES

Second Hand & Refurbished Phones in Auckland

Every phone we sell has been through our own repair bench first: battery health checked, screen tested, factory wiped, network status verified, and backed by a written warranty. Buying used should not be a gamble.

What every phone goes through

We are a repair workshop that sells phones, not a reseller that outsources the testing.

Battery health checked and stated

We tell you the battery health figure before you buy, and we replace the battery on any device that falls below our threshold. You will never find out about a tired battery a week later.

Screen and touch tested in full

Every panel is checked for cracks, dead touch areas, burn-in, green lines and colour shift. Where a screen does not pass, it is replaced before the phone goes on sale.

Repaired in our own workshop

We are a repair shop first. Anything that fails testing is fixed on our own bench by the same technicians who repair customer devices, not sent away to be resold as-is.

Factory wiped and account free

Every phone is fully wiped and confirmed clear of iCloud and Google accounts. You get a device that activates cleanly as your own.

Network status verified

We confirm each handset is not blacklisted, not reported lost or stolen, and not under a finance agreement, before it is offered for sale.

Sold with a written warranty

Refurbished devices come with a written warranty from us, and we are on Dominion Road if anything needs looking at. That is a genuine advantage over a private sale.

What to check before buying any used phone

Battery health, in writing. On an iPhone it is under Settings, Battery, Battery Health. Anything in the low eighties or below means a replacement is due. Ask for the number rather than a reassurance.

Activation lock.A phone still signed in to the previous owner's iCloud or Google account is unusable, and no amount of resetting will change that. It must be signed out before money changes hands.

Blacklist and finance status. A handset reported lost or stolen, or still on a finance plan, can be blocked from networks after you have bought it. This is checkable, and we check it on every device.

Somewhere to go back to. The real difference between a shop and a private sale is what happens in week three. We are on Dominion Road, and a written warranty means something when there is an address behind it.

Ask about current stock

What we have available changes week to week. Tell us the model and storage you are after and we will let you know what is on the shelf, or when something suitable comes in.

Buying questions

It means the phone has been through our workshop, not simply wiped and put on a shelf. We test the screen, battery health, cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, charging and network status, and we repair or replace whatever does not pass before the device is offered for sale.
